outta here

There I go again with that not posting thing. Shoot. All I can say is, I HATE THIS FUCKING BLOG. I'M SICK OF IT.

Sort of. I think the real issue is that my kids, they exhaust me. Completely. I don't know why it's so hard. I don't even have a job or anything. And my kids do camp and preschool. Plenty of women have three kids and a full-time job and they cook gourmet meals and do triathlons on the side. And they paint, too. They paint!

But I can hardly do anything, including this here blog. I have the desire but not the motivation. It's a very uncomfortable combination of conditions.

I don't know what the future holds. We're off to the Holy Land tomorrow night. Maybe I'll get my mojo back. See ya.

Get that mojo in the holy land! A couple of things to boost your spirits: I bet those triathon moms aren't as attentive to pubic hairs and might have sliced (and served!) that apple to their offspring. Just goes to show who is the better mother.

Also, I just got back from a wonderful birthday celebration in Canada and the kids of the birthday girl wrote and performed a hilarious song about their mishaps and their mother's responses throughout the years. There was one line that I loved, "Hey, you have a nagela and I'll have one too!" (Spelling off, but you get the idea...)

Look forward to seeing photos from your trip.

Happy Holy Land, girl. Hope you have a great time, and looking forward to seeing you and your mojo in a couple of weeks. x0x0

See, that's the thing. You say you don't have a job and yet you are exhausted. Let me say that on the days I go to my job, I wind up significantly less exhausted than days I am home with the kids. When I am home with the kids, I am ready to crash at about 7:31. They go down at 7:30. And days when I am at my job and pick them up at 5:30, I find I have all this energy. Job schmob. We know what is the most tiring.

Have a great time in the HL.

I have the one kid and I stopped blogging over two years ago. And I have no job and I don't paint or run more than four miles once a month. And I don't sort the socks.

It's starting to feel like that movie Groundhog Day.

It takes me a long time to do everything, and I do very little mothering. Maybe you need to set a smaller goal—one post a week? There's only so much to say, and I'm sure that's part of it.
